Admissions Assistant

The British International School Abu Dhabi is looking to appoint an outstanding Admissions Assistant to join a well-established, supportive team in a highly successful and expanding school.

About the Role

As Admissions Assistant you will be an integral part of the admissions process providing key administrative support to the wider Admissions Team. The focus of this position is to maintain accurate admissions data with the ability to produce regular KPI and other ad-hoc reports as required. You will also assist with parent events and confidently handle parent enquires ensuring that new and prospective families have a positive, individualised experience of our school.

The successful candidate will ideally have the following qualifications, skills and experience;

• Previous experience in an administrative/customer service position
• Excellent IT skills and experience of working with Excel and other spreadsheet/database applications
• Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
• Confident communicator who is a fluent English speaker
• High level of international and inter-cultural understanding
• Experience within an educational context is preferred

Selection Process

Applicants should submit a CV, letter of application and the details of two professional referees, one of which should be your current Line Manager.
