Aldar Education is currently seeking a Rewards Data Assistant (Temporary) to support our growing family of owned and operated schools in the UAE. Due to planned current and future expansion we are looking to add to our current People and Culture team. The successful candidates will be closely aligned with our core values and ethos and possess a genuine understanding and appreciation of the values of the region. Job Purpose: The purpose of this role is to support the Rewards team in collating, analysing and presenting data which will be used to support various business functions Responsibilities: Main Duties: Identify, bring and manage data from different sources Bring shape to data, maintain the quality and accuracy for analytics and reporting purposes Maintain the HRMS and align data dependencies for governance Design report templates that can be related to other reports and table for analysis Regular interactions with stakeholders and peers to understand challenges and recommend solutions from data and HRMS Support the understanding of business pain points and deployment of new solutions in HRMS and/or BI solutions Work with the HROs on managing school staff data for headcount, leavers, probation, new joiners and other transactions Work with the Data & Systems Manager to build a strong culture of constructive thinking and togetherness Minimum Qualifications: BSc/BA in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field Minimum Experience: Experience working with different stakeholders - business, peers and management Experience working in the education industry is an advantage Experience in Oracle HRMS environment. Oracle Fusion is an advantage Job Specific Knowledge & Skills: Analytical mind with high aptitude in problem solving Keen eye on data quality and accuracy. Can understand and catch changes on patterns and trends Able to confidently communicate risk and issues Knowledge on database and SQL is a plus In depth knowledge with MS Excel, formulas, and automation.
