Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented Guest Communication Virtual Assistant to support our Holiday Homes operations. This role is remote, but only candidates currently based in Dubai will be considered due to the need for local coordination.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage all guest communication across Airbnb, Booking.com, and other booking channels Handle remote guest check-ins and check-outs Schedule and coordinate cleaning and housekeeping teams Upload guest documents to the DTCM portal Track, report, and coordinate maintenance and repair issues File claims and handle dispute resolutions on Airbnb and other platforms Assist in marketing and securing tenants for vacant units Work with property management systems such as Hostaway, PriceLabs, Airbnb, and similar tools

Candidate Requirements (Mandatory):



Minimum 2 years of experience with a Holiday Homes/Short-Term Rental company in the UAE Must be currently based in Dubai Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Tagalog-speaking candidates are strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently Familiarity with UAE hospitality regulations and DTCM processes is a plus
