Loka Holiday Homes is a DTCM licensed Operator for short term rentals in Dubai.

We are seeking an Experienced

Business Development Manager

with good experience in the holiday home business and real estate business in UAE especially Dubai.

Your Main Responsibilities:

Identify and develop partnerships with property owners and investors for holiday home listings, real estate partners to establish new relationships. Generate leads, conduct property viewings, and close deals to expand the portfolio. Negotiate and finalize agreements with property owners to include their homes in our Portfolio. Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with property owners, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement with Loka Holiday Homes. Act as the main point of contact for property owners, addressing concerns, providing updates, and offering support as needed. Collaborate with the management team to draft and negotiate contracts with property owners, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and in line with company policies. Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless onboarding of new properties, accurate listings, and efficient management processes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or real estate, Holiday home Rentals. Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills Goal-driven, proactive, and self-motivated Knowledge of Dubai's real estate/holiday home market preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus Fluency in English required (Arabic or additional languages is an advantage).
