Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin and Legal Assistant to support our legal and administrative operations. The successful candidate will handle a mix of legal documentation, office administration, and coordination tasks. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of UAE legal and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:Administrative Duties:



Manage day-to-day office operations including scheduling, filing, correspondence, and document handling. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Maintain inventory of office supplies and handle procurement. Handle confidential information with discretion.

Legal Support Duties:



Draft, review, and organize legal documents and contracts. Liaise with external legal advisors and government authorities (e.g., DED, MOHRE, Notary Public). Assist in company license renewals, visa applications, labor contracts, and other legal paperwork. Maintain a well-organized legal filing system. Monitor compliance with UAE laws and company policies.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a similar role in the UAE. Knowledge of UAE labor law, company law, and administrative procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
