To support the HR and administrative functions of the company by ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, accurate employee recordkeeping, and effective coordination between departments and stakeholders. The HR and Admin Assistant will serve as a vital support system for both employee services and office administration.
Key Responsibilities:Human Resources Support:
Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personnel files in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes (orientation, exit interviews, clearance).
Process employee leave, attendance, and absence tracking.
Assist in preparing HR-related letters such as offer letters, salary certificates, NOCs, warnings, etc.
Coordinate performance appraisal processes and employee surveys.
Handle confidential HR matters with integrity and discretion.
Administrative Support:
Maintain a professional and organized filing system (physical and digital).
Coordinate meetings, bookings, and office events as needed.
Provide administrative support to managers and departments (e.g., document preparation, logistics).
Support company compliance and documentation for insurance, licenses, legal affairs, and renewals.
Qualifications & Skills:Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and best HR practices is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proactive attitude and problem-solving capabilities.

Timely completion of HR documentation and administrative tasks.
Accuracy in employee data and filing systems.
Employee satisfaction with onboarding/offboarding processes.
Office operational efficiency (e.g., supply availability, document renewals on time).
Internal process improvement suggestions implemented.
