We are now hiring Admin & HR assistant

(Lady Staff)

for our Dubai region.

The key responsibility is ability to assist HR, good communication skill and UAE work experience.

:



- Assist in the all Admin & HR works.

- Employee records and documentation.

- Follow HR policies and procedures.

- Employee relations.

- Learning and development.

- Payroll and benefits administration.

- Employee data management and reporting.

- Assisting HR in the legal requirements.

- Confidentiality and data protection.

On a typical day, Admin cum HR assistants may perform the following tasks and duties:



Organize and manage employee records. Assists in the recruitment process. Addressing employee questions or concerns related to HR policies during onboarding. Updating employee handbooks. Assist in resolving employee conflicts. Assist in conducting employee surveys. Coordinate employee recognitionactivities. Schedule training sessions. Assist in the logistics of training programs. Assisting employees with benefitsenrollment. Answering benefits-related questions. Assist in the collection, organization, and analysis of HR data like employee demographics, turnover rates, and training KPIs to generate HR reports. Staying up-to-date on changes in employment laws. Help the legal department with compliance and legal audits. Maintain compliance-related documentation. Excel works with functions. Email Drafting and letter issuing.

For this, we need talents with following skills and qualifications:



Good communication in English & Hindi (other languages are advantage).

UAE Work experience as an Admin / Assistant HR, minimum 1 - 2 years.

Any Degree holder.

Age limit 22 - 35 years.

Husband visa, car holders are preferrable, others also can apply.

Organization skills.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
