Admin Assistant with proven legal contract drafting

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and assisting management with daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage
daily administrative tasks
, including documentation, scheduling, and coordination.
-Draft legal contract & follow up.
- Handle office reception.
-Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for operational support.
-Maintain
records, reports, and databases
with accuracy.
-Support HR processes such as onboarding, payroll documentation, and attendance tracking.
Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 2 years of administrative experience

Legal Contract Drafting

-good knowledge of
MOHRE
.

Fluent in English & Arabic
for professional communication.
- preferred: Arabic first language.
-Proficiency in
Microsoft Office & administrative software

- Legal background will be proffered.
