Ustay Vacation Homes Rental LLC, under the umbrella of K4 Group, is looking for a competent and motivated Accounts cum Client Service Executive. This dual-role position combines core accounting responsibilities with client service operations, ensuring smooth financial reporting and an excellent customer experience. Prior experience in holiday homes or audit is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance:

Perform accounting entries independently using accounting software. Conduct bank, receivables, and payables reconciliation. Prepare reports for payments and income realization from booking platforms. Maintained financial documents, ledgers, and timely report updates. Assist with VAT filing and regulatory compliance. Support administrative duties related to company payments and receipts.

Client service & Operations:

Monitor and track client reservations from booking portals. Coordinate with operations managers regarding client communication and tasks. Liaise with maintenance and housekeeping teams to address booking-related issues or client complaints. Generate and send monthly payout confirmation reports to property owners.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in general accounting; experience in the holiday homes sector or audit is a plus.

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills and the ability to multitask.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
