HAVN is a leading, fully licensed holiday home company in Dubai, managing a portfolio of premium short-term rentals across the city. We're looking for a

Client Relations Executive

with a strong background in account management to build and maintain long-term relationships with our property owners and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for property owners and landlords Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and trust Provide regular updates on property performance, occupancy, and revenue Coordinate with internal teams (operations, guest relations, and finance) to deliver seamless service Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Support new property onboarding and ensure compliance with company standards Identify opportunities to improve owner experience and retention Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Requirements:

Previous experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role (mandatory)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in English (additional languages are a

strong advantage

) Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously Confident in handling professional correspondence and reports Dubai-based and available to work from our Business Bay office

7,000-8,000 AED (depending on experience)
