Job Title: Accountant

Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: Graduate in Accounting / Finance
Experience: 3-4 years of UAE experience, preferably in the Real Estate sector
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and financial compliance
Experience in financial reporting, audits, and day-to-day accounting operations
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple accounts
Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Ensure VAT compliance and assist with audits
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Maintain general ledger and perform reconciliations
Support budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis
