Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting.
Prepare project cost reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies.
Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and cash flow management.
Conduct financial analysis for construction projects.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
Lead and supervise the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Monitor project budgets, cost control, and variations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA is a plus).
Minimum 10 years of accounting experience in the UAE
, preferably in the
construction industry
.
Strong knowledge of
project accounting, cost control, and financial analysis
.
Proficiency in
ERP/accounting software
and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
