Project Manager - Landscaping/Swimming Pool/Fit Out (UAE Experience)

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of landscaping projects from concept to delivery. Your role will involve overseeing the design, implementation, construction, and maintenance of landscapes that meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all aspects of landscaping from planning to completion.

- Coordinate and manage staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.

- Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Prepare and maintain project schedules and budgets.

- Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure deadlines are met.

- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.

- Resolve any issues that may arise during construction.

- Communicate effectively with the project team, clients, and management

- Requirements

- Proven experience as a Project Manager/Site Engineer in the Landscaping in UAE (Minimum 5 years).

- Experience working with swimming pool construction & villa fit-outs is essential.

- Must have relevant qualifications.

- The ability to understand and work with technical drawings.

- Overseeing high end projects including swimming pool installation, interior fit-out and landscaping.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.

- Strong problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

- Minimum

5 years of experience

as a Project Manager in the

landscaping or construction industry

within the UAE.

- Strong knowledge of

soft and hard landscaping

, irrigation systems, and local horticulture.

- Proven track record in delivering commercial, residential, or public landscaping projects.

- Excellent project planning, budgeting, and scheduling skills.

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
