managing multi-unit portfolios across Dubai. We're looking for an
experienced Accountant with direct Holiday Homes / STR experience
to manage daily accounting, cash flow, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Daily bookkeeping, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations
Cash flow management, cheque tracking, and timely vendor/owner payments
Property-level expense tracking, deposits, and lease obligations
Monthly P&Ls, financial reports, and management summaries
Budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
UAE VAT compliance and DTCM-related financial requirements
Coordination with auditors, tax consultants, and PRO services
Requirements (Mandatory)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance
3-5 years accounting experience with Holiday Homes / Short-Term Rentals / Hospitality
Strong knowledge of
UAE VAT
, invoicing, and compliance
Experience handling
multi-unit property portfolios
Proficiency in
QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
