Aurora is a growing short-term rental property management company based in Dubai. We specialize in maximizing returns for property owners by managing their apartments on platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

Business Development Executive

to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to acquire new properties under our management by building strong relationships with landlords, real estate agents and developers.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and target potential landlords and property owners in Dubai. Present Aurora's property management services and demonstrate the benefits of short-term rentals. Negotiate and close management agreements with landlords. Maintain and grow a pipeline of property leads through networking, calls, and site visits. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth handover of newly acquired units. Track and report progress of new property acquisitions to management.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, business development, or real estate (Dubai market experience is a requirement). Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Familiarity with the short-term rental / holiday homes market is required. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). Valid UAE driving license is a strong advantage.
