Food & Beverage accounting
, cost control, and UAE accounting standards, and be able to work remotely with Dubai-based teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting for Dubai F&B operations
Maintain general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Handle F&B cost control, inventory, food cost, and beverage cost analysis
Prepare monthly financial statements, profit & loss reports, and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations (VAT filing, reconciliation, documentation)
Coordinate with Dubai operations team, suppliers, and management
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and revenue accuracy
Support audits and financial reviews
Use accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
Required Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in F&B / Hospitality
Strong knowledge of Dubai / UAE accounting and VAT rules
Experience handling restaurant, cafe, or hotel accounts
Good understanding of inventory management and cost control
Ability to work from Qatar for Dubai operations
Strong Excel and reporting skills
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
