Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, including split, window, and central AC units.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues.
Perform routine maintenance checks, cleaning, and filter replacements.
Test and monitor system performance to ensure energy efficiency and safety standards.
Maintain accurate service records, including maintenance schedules and parts inventory.
Coordinate with vendors or suppliers for parts and system upgrades.
Follow safety protocols and comply with HVAC regulations and standards.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of HVAC and air conditioning systems
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Hands-on experience with tools, gauges, and diagnostic equipment
Time management and organizational skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Customer service orientation and communication skills
Adherence to safety and compliance standards
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Qualification: ITI / Vocational / Diploma in HVAC
Preferred Qualification: Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
Experience: 1-3 years as an AC technician or in HVAC maintenance
