AC Technician
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
:

Conduct daily high-quality Maintenance routine.
Respond to contingencies to ensure restoration of system operations in the event of a component or system malfunction.
Troubleshooting of, FCU, AHU, FAHU, SAC, WAC, Extract Fan, PKG unit, Pumps, Motors, Water Leak Detections, VAV's, ,
Carryout inspections of the HVAC & MEP facilities to identify system single point of failure.
Ensures in updating all technical/maintenance logs, databases, records & archives
Requests equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of items required to complete
the necessary installation and/or repair.
Responds to emergencies during or after hours for resolving immediate safety concerns.
Performs other related duties assigned by Supervisor for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
