:
3rd W/K Engineer for Dredger
Responsibilities:
Stand engine room watch, monitoring and operating main and auxiliary machinery during dredging operations.
Assist in maintenance and repair of propulsion, pumping, and hydraulic systems under the guidance of senior engineers.
Record engine parameters, fuel/lube oil consumption, and maintain accurate logbooks.
Ensure compliance with safety, pollution prevention, and operational procedures in the engine room.
Support emergency drills and actively contribute to the vessel's safe and efficient operation.
Qualifications:
Certificate of Competency as Officer in Charge of an Engineering Watch.
Basic & Advanced STCW trainings along with ILO/MLC medical fitness certificate.
Minimum 5 years' experience onboard Dredger.
