KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support implementation, maintenance, and growth of strategic programs
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve a program\xe2\x80\x99s offering and its benefits for our customers
• Optimize visibility across our website and activate marketing channels to increase customer conversion and retention
• Report program performance to senior business leaders
• Define analytical approaches to uncover new insights and formulate recommendations that improve processes

If you\xe2\x80\x99re successful during your internship, you could be considered for a graduate role after finishing your university studies. Internship start dates vary throughout the year(2023).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Enrolled in a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration, management, economics, e-commerce, mathematics, engineering, statistics, or related field
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English
• Currently enrolled in or will receive a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree with a graduation date between June 2023 and June 2025

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong project management skills
• Ability to think and act strategically and tactically
• Ability to deal with ambiguity
• Strong organizational skills, including prioritization and time management
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skill
