The team you'll be part of

The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

What you will learn and contribute to

The Program Manager will be leading Fresh Graduate programs within the ME region. He/She will manage, coordinate and implement the full program, ensuring proper coordination and collaboration between all different stakeholders.

He/she will also administer, recommend and carry out internship activities, respond to inquiries from interns. He/she will take part in the continual assessment and refinement of the internship programme.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversees day-to-day activities of the interns and works closely with the SPOC of the various stakeholders on the trainings.

2. Implements, and monitors program.

3. Analyzes, reviews, and proposes corrective measures to ensure effectiveness of program and compliance with internal and external requirements.

4. Participates in meetings and/or other related groups to communicate information regarding the programs, status, challenges and opportunities

5. Prepares and delivers presentations on program; facilitates meetings; attends training sessions.

6. Performs other related duties as assigned.

7. Plans and assists in running periodic assessments

8. Manage participant registration, ongoing program and performance evaluation.

9. Helps grow and expand the training development program

Your skills and experience

You have:

• Relevant experience and knowledge of business and marketing education or Career and Technical Education as well as project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead simultaneous projects with accuracy and effective time management
• Ability to interact collaboratively and productively with employees at all levels across an organization.
• Bilingual English and Arabic
