GCC&P Talent Acquisition Partner & Program Manager

ROLE SUMMARY

Manage the recruitment process for assigned vacancies as per the AstraZeneca guidelines.

Help elevate AstraZeneca\xe2\x80\x99s Employer Brand across internal and external platforms & showcase what makes AstraZeneca unique, through the lens and voice of our employees, in differentiating, creative and inspiring ways.

Act as the Program Manager for internships, Management Trainee Programs, Student Competitions & other programs that support our diversity & nationalization strategies and talent pipelining priorities.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do

Manage the recruitment process for the assigned roles as achieving the set TA KPIs

Deliver a world class candidate experience

Act as a guardian on the TAq process and educate first time managers on the process

Leverage the Applicant Tracking System and other technologies in place to deliver a compliant automated hiring process

Support the creation of talent pipelines for critical roles

Work with the TAq Head to help execute the Employer Brand strategy across the network \xe2\x80\x93 helping to attract/retain talent with a defined, differentiated EVP.

Support TAq Head in developing and producing integrated Employer Brand campaigns/work: for leaders, core professionals, functions and fresh graduates.

Work alongside HRBPs to understand EVP differentiators in-market and help develop content and channel calendars for local execution.

Work alongside Function Heads, BUDs & CDs to determine common hiring needs across the Cluster - develop ideation/toolkits/agency partnerships for campaigns to be executed in-market.

Develop best-in-class guidance/ideation around mass hiring attraction tactics, to be executed in-market.

Uphold the integrity of AstraZeneca\xe2\x80\x99s Employer Brand through governance.

Help manage the sharing of Employer Brand best-practices to help facilitate the successful implementation of local initiatives.

Work alongside the HR Employee Communications/External Communications teams to develop AstraZeneca\xe2\x80\x99s EVP Champions group.

Execute and develop social media content \xe2\x80\x93 delivering distinctive and authentic EVP messaging across various channels. Provide an Always On framework/themes for local channel execution.

Develop Employer Brand toolkits.

Sustain and improve online target talent touchpoints in relation to Employer Branding \xe2\x80\x93 Career Site, LinkedIn Life Pages etc.

Own the Management Trainee Programs across the cluster with the objective of achieving our diversity and nationalization strategies

Work in partnership with the Taq team in KSA and UAE on driving nationalization in both markets and other markets as the need arises

Manage the design and development of the Internship programs across the network and partner with the TAq team on the execution of the program

Work on the design and development of student challenges and competitions with the objective of promoting the AstraZeneca employer brand and creating a pipeline of talent

Essential for the role

3-5 years of experience in a similar role

Solid experience in managing end to end hiring processes

Proven track record of developing and driving a TAq/Digital/Marketing Strategy across a variety of channels (Recruitment technologies, social and digital platforms).

Experience with driving nationalization in KSA & UAE

Demonstrable experience implementing employer brand/marketing/communications campaigns across multiple countries.

Conventional recruitment experience managing complex vacancies & hiring niche skillsets

Expert with different recruitment platforms & methodologies

Desirable for the role

Prior work experience within another large, global, matrixed environment.

Proven ability to collaborate with various stakeholders such as COE, HR leaders, external vendors, cross functional teams etc.
