Main responsibilities: Previous experience of vessel agency an advantage although full training will be provided. Ability to address and resolve day to day business issues with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Good numeracy, literacy, and IT skills, including Microsoft skills. Be able to always demonstrate a professional manner, dealing with Wilhelmsen Port Services staff and vessel Masters/officers/crew. Ability to be flexible and meet strict deadlines. Must remain focused on prioritization of day-to-day emails and tasks. Excellent communication and decision-making skills. Effective time management skills Full driving license to allow driving of company vehicles to attend vessels, receive crew at hotels and visit terminals as required. Ability to work individually and within a team. Ability to multi-task The key tasks for this opportunity are:

Vessel Agency To ensure the vessel documents are processed in a timely manner and avoid delays. Assist the crewing offices with crew changes, arranging taxis, hotels and immigration formalities. Arranging doctor, dentist or other crew requirements Ordering of pilots and tugs and keeping the Berthing team and Operations aware of delays or other operational matters Providing out of hours support to operations, reefer and container damages departments Coordination of ships spares arriving or leaving a vessel Liaising with 3rd party agencies where required

Essential Criteria: At least 3 years previous experience in a ship's agency administration role. Graduate of International Logistics or similar field. Ability to work on own initiative and build good working relationships. Professional and methodical approach to work. Excellent communication, interpersonal and administrative skills. Effective planning and attention to detail is a must for this role. Excellent client relationship and customer service. IT literate, with experience from working with Excel, Word, Teams, CRM system, and other system applications and tools. Highly structured Good time management and allocation of priorities Team player Results oriented.
