Handle Port calls in all Bahrain Terminals and Anchorage for Cargo Operations, Husbandry, Drydocking, Naval Husbandry, Offshore, Projects, Cruise, etc. Pre-arrival documentation and vessel registration with CSMI System Processing of Direct Delivery form and Customs Clearance (Bayan) for the vessels calling for Cargo Operation Coordination of crew changes and all related requirements Ordering of pilots and tugs and keeping the Berthing team and Operations aware of delays or other operational matters Liaise with terminal offices and to update customers on berthing, Cargo loading, discharging, etc. Generate Statement of Fact, Arrival / Departure / Service Reports to Customers, etc. Ensure compliance with Ships Agency processes, standards, and procedures, including correct usage of WPS operating system. Ensure the correct amount of pre-funding is received or the correct level of authority has approved any deviation, prior to performing the port call. Report leads, business opportunities and relevant port updates as observed to Manager. Customer visits and follow-ups to increase overall business volume. Ensure cost-effective Vessel Operations. Timely attendance of enquiries and follow-up on materialization possibilities Prepare Market Intel / Line up reports and circulate to customers as per Management directions. Providing out of hours support to operations and to ensure continuity of ship requirements 24/7 Coordination of Ship spares - Inward and Outward clearance Liaising with 3rd party vendors and suppliers whenever required

Accountability Ability to address and resolve day-to-day business issues with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Good numeracy, literacy, and IT skills, including Microsoft skills. Be able to demonstrate in a professional manner while dealing vessel Masters/officers/crew. Ability to be flexible and meet strict deadlines. Must remain focused on prioritization of day-to-day emails and tasks. Effective time management skills Ability to work individually and within a team. Ability to multi-task

Essential Criteria: Minimum of 3 years previous experience in a reputed Ships Agency with working knowledge of handling Cargo Operation (Dry and Liquid) and Husbandry, preferably in Bahrain Ports Graduate preferably in International Logistics or similar course or field. Having Operational and Commercial skills Ability to work on own initiative and build good working relationships. Professional and methodical approach to work. Excellent communication, interpersonal and administrative skills. Effective planning and attention to detail is a must for this role. Excellent client relationship and customer service. IT literate, with experience from working with Excel, Word, Teams, CRM system, and other system applications and tools. Good time management and allocation of priorities Self-motivated and result orientated. Ability to work under pressure. Problem solving skills with ability to make fast and sound judgement. Valid Bahraini driving license
