Requirements:
Proven experience in carpentry / woodworking workshops
Ability to supervise craftsmen and manage production flow
Experience using ERP systems (Odoo preferred) or similar productivity software
Strong organizational and reporting skills
Ability to track jobs, deadlines, and quality
