with proven UAE experience in HVAC duct fabrication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring productivity, quality control, and timely delivery of ducting materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage day-to-day duct fabrication activities on the shop floor.
Supervise fabrication of GI/PI ducts, accessories, and fittings as per SMACNA standards.
Allocate manpower and resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
Review shop drawings and coordinate with design and planning teams.
Monitor production targets, material usage, and waste control.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly production reports to management.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvement
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience
in a
duct manufacturing factory
, with at least
3 years in the UAE
.
Strong knowledge of
HVAC ducting fabrication
, SMACNA/DW144 standards, and workshop operations.
Experience in handling
sheet metal machines
(plasma cutters, roll formers, flanging machines, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret
AutoCAD drawings
and production layouts.
Good leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related technical qualification.
Preferred Skills:
Experience using
production tracking software
or ERP systems.
Multilingual (English + Hindi/Urdu/Arabic) preferred
