Job Description

We are looking to hire Production Supervisor for our Uniforms division - Based in Umm.Al.Quwain

Responsible for the planning and coordination of all the garment manufacturing activities and ensures that the company production targets are met; Administration and operational tasks for the entire production unit. Day to day management of workshop staffs. Assist in planning, designing and delivering new products. Manage quality issues in all aspect of production, workshop operation in line with codes of practice (as per the brand standard). Placing orders with Suppliers, Arranging required fabrics and materials. Feedback to tailors to optimize the quality and production. Oversee production of orders and ensure the accurate and timely completion of it. Preparing and review daily production report. Evaluate, train, motivate and develop staff to maximize their strengths and improve the efficiency of the production team. Communicates at all levels on status and production availability and flag any delays or issues immediately; ensures outbound delivery schedules are met and works towards deadlines. Promotes and maintains a harmonious working relationship with all Production staff across the Workshop. Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending action.
Requirements

Minimum 2-3 yrs work experience in similar industry Valid UAE Driving License Good Communication skills Ability to lead the team
License/Certification:

UAE Driving License (Preferred)
