Job Description

Main Objective of the Role:

Candidate should be able to run the operations with out any delay n productions. Lead and motivate the production team. Complete the assigned tasks effectively To comply & adhere with company safety policy Involve in pre-production planning stage. Ensure production and assembling at site as per the approved drawing.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and overseeing the carpentry production activities from inception to delivery Managing all employees related functions n the Carpentry workshop. Planning, coordination alongside the Senior Civil Engineer - Projects and/or production in charge on the production schedules and ensures timely completion with cost effective procedures. Preparing the production status reports to the Senior Civil Engineer - Projects. Organizing the production work flow effectively and efficiently. Ensuring all production equipment's are in operating condition. Maximizes company's use of assets towards project completion. Maintaining high standards of production quality and material se lections. Ensuring to read and discussing with the Senior Civil Engineer - Projects on all drawings submitted before the Production. Liaising with the Architectural Design, Procurement, Projects teams, and any other team member to ensure information given is accurate and avoid delays or disruption of the production . Directly responsible to senior management on all production control matters. Training subordinates on work procedures and tasks. Evaluating the team's performance as per compliance quality standard requirements. Ensuring to conducts training of new employees within the team as per requirements and and ensures documentation of the training. Organizing workflow to meet specifications and schedules. Determining the manpower and material required during the pre-production stage.. Managing and controlling all employees' related functions in the factory. Ensuring to be proactive by attending Managers meetings as needed. Ensuring to follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) set by the company. Other roles & responsibilities to be assigned by the Managing Director.

Qualification & Experience:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer. Minimum 5 years of experience. UAE Driving License required. Age not more than 40 yrs Fit out and Joinery Fields (should have previous experience in furniture/joinery factory Experience with Manual dexterity of carpentry works. Experience with CNC machine's or other relevant carpentry machines. Fluent in written and spoken English . Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite. Exposure to Auto CAD & Project management tool.

Competencies:

Strategic Communication Skills Data Analysis Hands-on experience managing large-scale fit-out projects. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
