Wahat Alshahama Technical Works LLC is a specialized company that focuses on Fit-Out, Joinery, MEP, Interior Work projects in the United Arab Emirates.

This is a full-time role for an Operations Manager who has extensive experience in handling fitout projects. The Candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations of different sites. The role requires working closely with the labors and providing excellent customer service clients.

Must have minimum 5 years of Interior Fit out & Joinery projects experiences. Coordination between client, site, sub-contractors & suppliers. Negotiation of prices with subcontractors & suppliers and various project stakeholders. Contact the respective regulatory authorities to ensure documents are well received. Excellent understanding of the design process is necessary from conceptual, interior architectural elements, construction documents, specification and administration to completion. Execute a day-to-day operation related with project management for Fit out, refurbishment, design & build including scope, procurement, communication, time, risk etc. Enforce rules, regulations, procedures, health and safety measures at site and surpassing standards of quality. Create a project plan to monitor and track progress. Manage the budget of the assigned project. Regularly communicate with architects, engineers, designers and contractors to ensure project success. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution. Prepare and submit production update reports regularly and as needed, inclusive but not limited to daily activities, deviations from targets, returns and other related issues.
Requirements: -

Good Knowledge and understanding in quotation preparations, estimations, AutoCAD, Ms. Excel etc In-depth knowledge of joinery processes, materials, and production timelines. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge in preparing & submitting documentation for authority submissions (DM, DDA, Trakhees, etc.). Valid UAE Driving license Ready to Join Immediately.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
