Supervise daily operations of the workshop Plan and monitor maintenance schedules for heavy equipment Support diagnostic and repair procedures Maintain parts inventory and service records Ensure safety protocols are followed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering 10+ years of relevant experience in a similar role Knowledge of construction or transport equipment (e.g., excavators, loaders, graders) Strong communication and team leadership skills
