About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated

Assistant Sales Manager

to drive our

Generator and Heavy Equipment Rental & After-Sales Service

business. If you have a strong sales background in industrial machinery and a passion for client success, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales for Equipment Rentals and After-Sales Service solutions

Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction, industrial, and commercial sectors

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high service standards

Work closely with the service and operations team to ensure seamless customer support

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategies

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in sales, preferably in generators, heavy equipment, or industrial machinery.

Industry Knowledge:

Strong understanding of equipment rental & after-sales service operations

Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

License:

Must hold a valid UAE driver's license for client visits
