Job Description
We are hiring an experienced
Workshop Foreman
to manage day-to-day operations in our automotive workshop located inSharjah Industrial Area
.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise workshop staff, including mechanics and technicians. Oversee all types of vehicle repair work: mechanical, electrical, bodywork (painting and denting), and diagnostics. Prepare repair estimates and coordinate with suppliers for spare parts. Plan and prioritize jobs to ensure timely delivery and high service quality. Maintain accurate job cards, service records, and parts inventory. Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience
as a Foreman in an automotive workshop in the UAE or Gulf region. Strong knowledge of petrol and diesel vehicle repair and diagnostics. Skilled in estimating repair costs and managing spare parts. Good leadership and communication skills. English is required; Arabic or Hindi is a plus.UAE Driving License preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
