currently hiring a qualified and experienced Workshop Foreman/Mechanic to oversee our workshop operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage a team of technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of workshop staff and technicians.
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues across a range of vehicle types.
Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness, and effective workflow.
Liaise with management for job scheduling and timely delivery.
Conduct quality control checks on all completed mechanical work.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as a workshop foreman or senior mechanic.
Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills.
Effective communication in Hindi and English (Arabic is an advantage).
UAE experience preferred.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
Monthly Salary: AED 4,000 (Based on Experience )
