Overview of the role: To provide after sales technical support for all the products marketed by AutoEquip, ensure all assigned tasks are completed on time, the equipment repairs are executed in line with the team leader's established work procedures and specifications, schedule and complete the maintenance on time so that the overall productivity and quality objectives are met or exceeded. What you will do:
Functional Role Handled by incumbent in AutoEquip
Plan and efficiently execute a schedule of daily, allocated work through proper prioritizing and management of resources.
Ensure that all the job cards are properly filled in and signed.
Diagnose, carry out quality repair in a safe manner and test after completion of repair.
Quality Check after job execution and demonstrate repair to customer.
Training and Developments Keep up with new technology, work procedures, time standards and relevant technical know-how to maintain or improve work productivity and quality. Perform other tasks assigned by immediate superior or manager, if necessary, contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Perform all duties and responsibilities mentioned in the related business SOPs
Recommend spare part stocks according to usage/ failure history.
Comply with the ALAC Quality Management System and participate with organizations improvement activities
Carry out work with care ensuring not to endanger the life either of themselves or others by theirs acts or omissions whilst complying with health and safety requirements of the company and preventing any harm to the environment.
