The role of the Workplace Lead is to improve the workplace experience to deliver moments that matter to employees, and to have impact and value on the team. facility management.

Passionate about engaging people, the Workplace Lead will leverage data and behavioral psychology, Human Centered Design techniques to understand employees and develop strategies to deliver a differentiated employee experience

He/she will drive effective communication strategies to showcase the best of what Facilities Management does and use internal communications as a tool to galvanize Expedia employees.

Workplace Experience

Working with other departments like People\xe2\x80\x99s team, Technology, on an employee experience strategy with defined goals and measurements, along with digital and physical implementation for all EG employees
Improve facility management service lines, which consist of key employee touchpoints like food program, event management, transportation, cafeteria, reception services, etc.
Review and lead employee experience journeys leased office & serviced offices. This include reviewing all employee touchpoints with intent to ensure seamless journey and elevated experience for all employees including those who need specific accommodation (D&I)

Internal communications

Strategize and implement internal communications campaigns/stories to promote greater understanding of the Facilities team\xe2\x80\x99s initiatives to EG employees, through:

Working with various FM team members to carve and plan stories and communication campaigns from the teams\xe2\x80\x99 initiatives.
Produce compelling content on various social media to ensure optimal reach of Facility Management team messaging
Lead employee engagement and activation programs to embrace new ways of working and collaborating in the hybrid work environment
Support Global Real Estate team initiatives that impact the workplace and employee journey, including but not limited to sustainability, wellness program and D&I
Collaborate with the different Facilities Management team members to improve everyday workspace experience and to create a community workspace management framework

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI)

As a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager for the FM team
be responsible for developing and implementing all DIE initiatives lead by JLL or the Global RE team
Provide training to the team members in terms of diversity management.
Implement company policies that reinforce diversity in the workplace.

Qualifications / Experience

Bachelor\'s degree in communications, journalism, English or related field.
3-4 years agency experience or in a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language proficiency in other APAC markets is a plus)
Highly computer literate and advanced knowledge of HTML.
Experience designing visual communication Proficiency with popular content management systems.
Experience with social media management.
Strong project management skills
High attention to detail
Proficiency using power point Creativity and the ability to develop original content.
