Job Description

Surface Preparation:

Cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming wood surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion.

Color Matching:

Accurately mixing and matching paint colors according to specifications or design requirements.

Applying Finishes:

Applying paint, varnish, stain, lacquer, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.

Quality Control:

Inspecting finished work to ensure it meets quality standards and correcting any defects.

Material Management:

Ensuring proper storage and handling of paints, solvents, and other materials.

Equipment Maintenance:

Maintaining painting equipment in good working order.

Safety Compliance:

Following safety procedures and using personal protective equipment (PPE).
