Job Description

1. Tile Layer (Tile Setter)

:

Responsible for cutting, fitting, and installing tiles made of ceramic, porcelain, marble, and other materials on floors, walls, ceilings, and surfaces, ensuring precise alignment and a professional finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure and mark surfaces to lay out work. Cut tiles using tools like tile cutters or wet saws. Apply mortar or adhesive to tiles or substrate. Align and set tiles in position using levels and spacers. Fill joints with grout and clean excess. Inspect finished surfaces for quality.

2. Mason

:

Builds and repairs structures made of brick, block, stone, and other materials. Works on both structural and decorative masonry.

Key Responsibilities:

Read blueprints and follow building plans. Mix mortar or grout and lay bricks, stones, or blocks. Cut materials to size using hand or power tools. Build walls, partitions, arches, and other structures. Repair or replace damaged masonry.

3. Wood & Gypsum Carpenter

:

Constructs, installs, and repairs structures and fixtures made from wood and gypsum, including partitions, ceilings, doors, and frames.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure and mark cutting lines on materials. Cut, shape, and install wood and gypsum board components. Assemble framework and structures. Install drywall, partitions, ceilings, and trims. Ensure alignment and level surfaces.

4. Wood Painter (Finishing Carpenter / Painter)

:

Prepares and applies paint, stains, varnishes, and other finishes to wood surfaces to protect and enhance their appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare wood surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and filling imperfections. Mix and match paints and stains. Apply coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Maintain tools and equipment. Ensure a smooth, even finish and clean worksite after completion.

5. Plumber

:

Installs, maintains, and repairs piping systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings, including water supply, waste, and gas systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Read blueprints and plumbing codes. Install pipes, fixtures, and fittings. Troubleshoot and repair leaks, blockages, and malfunctions. Test plumbing systems for proper operation. Collaborate with other construction trades.

6. Electrician

:

Installs and maintains electrical systems in buildings and infrastructure. Ensures systems comply with safety standards and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams. Install wiring, lighting, outlets, and circuit breakers. Inspect electrical components for safety. Diagnose and fix electrical issues. Ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations.cuit breakers.
