In line with our strategic growth objectives, we are currently seeking a dynamic Wholesale Sales Specialist with expertise in stock point management to bolster our team in Dubai, UAE. : As a Wholesale Sales Specialist with specialized knowledge in stock point operations, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and enhance our market share within the wholesale segment. You will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing relationships with stock points, retailers, and wholesalers across Dubai. Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Initiate and cultivate relationships with potential stock points, retailers, and wholesalers to broaden our distribution network.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to exceed targets and optimize revenue generation in the wholesale domain.
• Client Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-lasting partnerships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
• Product Promotion: Conduct persuasive product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.
• Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
• Order Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from inquiry to order fulfillment, ensuring seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.
• Reporting: Generate insightful sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to evaluate performance metrics and drive strategic decision-making.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal sales teams, logistics personnel, and other stakeholders to streamline operations and meet client requirements efficiently.
• Customer Service: Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally, maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service.
• Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards rigorously to uphold operational integrity and compliance.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Proven track record of 3-5 years in wholesale sales, with expertise in stock point management, preferably within the tiles or construction materials industry.
• Knowledge: Thorough understanding of wholesale market dynamics and distribution channels prevalent in Dubai.

• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets while fostering enduring client relationships.
• Strong organizational acumen and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Driving License: Possession of a valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Language: Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
• Residency: Preference will be given to candidates holding valid residency status in the UAE.
