Job Description

1. Outdoor Sales & Wholesale Business Management a) Formulate strategies & projections to achieve the agreed sales target of Outdoor Sales & Wholesale Business of the assigned region. b) Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective VIP clients in the assigned region to generate new business. c) Ensure frequent travel/market visits across the assigned region not only to explore new business opportunities but also to create rapport with the existing clients and build relationships. d) Plan projections of total requirement of the outdoor sales. Maintain the allocated product mix sales ratio for APM and other product categories of the entire sales target. e) Monitoring commercial performance of each account, outdoor Sales turnover & operation processes for maximizing sales. f) Ensure the laid down outdoor sales polices are followed by Client as well as Outdoor Staff. g) Explore new market opportunity for product and business expansion, manage product launch and recommend action for addressing any variances. h) To monitor the dispatch of goods for delivery to dealers and ensure that they get the products as per the agreed timelines i) Prepare the wholesale reports on timely basis. j) To manage the wholesale orders in-line with coordinating with the Logistic team. k) Scrutinizing and approving the sales orders as per the company policy. 2. Customer Support &Data Management& Others a) Understand client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements & expectations and provide all possible support to the client in terms of product testers, product merchandising, promotional back up, marketing support etc. b) Gather competitor activities from time to time and report to Head-Sales with recommendation for improvement in sales & market share. c) Ensure that outdoor sales data is analyzed and the feedback is presented to the reporting Head through Market Research for products Quality Control. d) Co-ordinate with accounts department for submission of all sales related invoices&ensuring timely payment collection from the clients. Check the monthly outstanding payment follow up with clients on late payments accordingly e) Update the existing as well as new client data base on regular basis. f) Creating various Wholesale Reports/Presentations for Sales Meetings, Board Meetings, Other important meetings as and when required. g) To participate regularly in the SMART meetings. h) Any other task as & when assigned by reporting head to achieve the desired sales objective.
