Job Description

Detailed Duties & Responsibilities: Strong industry contacts/client database within key retailers & department stores. Reaching out to potential buyers, high-end department stores and boutiques, and various other channels to achieve sales through various marketing activities. Work closely with the various departments including Design, Sourcing, Production, Distribution, Planning and Sales to support all business and product development initiatives Achieve business, distribution and merchandising targets through existing and new wholesale customers, including franchisees Analyze local markets and reports to maximize future business opportunities, and to define the seasonal Budget. Analyze and monitor the sales data for the country. Refresh and circulate operational wholesale reports as per standard reports defined within the region including tracking & publishing key sales productivity KPIs (Call rate, strike rate, ATVs) Consolidate and analyze monthly Profit & Losses of the company\xe2\x80\x99s wholesale and licensing divisions and spearhead the annual budgeting and forecasting process Develop and prepare monthly financial packages for internal business reviews highlighting sales, gross margin and expenses variances to Budgets and Forecast and constantly identify financial risk and opportunities Key Knowledge & Skills required: Product Knowledge (Perfumes/Oils, Toiletries, Bukhoor & Oud Moattar) Relationship building Leadership \xe2\x80\x93 To have total control over employees Communication \xe2\x80\x93 To be clear in communicating with Customers, Superiors and subordinates. Analytical \xe2\x80\x93 To observe, analyze and suggest improvements that lead to better efficiency. Experience required: Minimum 5 years of experience as Wholesale Manager in the Perfumes and Cosmetics industry. Graduate/Post Graduate Language: English and Arabic (Preferred) Detail-oriented, well-organized, demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize workload Solid background in end to end Wholesale process Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
