to lead and expand our FMCG wholesale operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in wholesale sales, strong knowledge of FMCG products, and an established network of distributors, retailers, and wholesalers in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
Wholesale Sales & Distribution:
Develop and execute wholesale sales strategies to increase FMCG product distribution and sales.
Manage relationships with key wholesale clients, distributors, and retail chains.
Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and volume discounts with clients and partners.
Business Development:
Identify new wholesale business opportunities and markets.
Onboard and manage new wholesale accounts to expand market reach.
Inventory & Supply Coordination:
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure optimal product availability.
Monitor stock levels and sales trends to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
Market Analysis:
Keep abreast of FMCG market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic planning.
Team Leadership (for Manager level):
Lead and mentor wholesale sales teams (if applicable).
Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and client databases.
Prepare regular sales reports and performance reviews.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum
3-7 years
of wholesale FMCG sales experience in the
UAE
or GCC markets.
Strong knowledge of FMCG categories such as food, beverages, personal care, or household products.
Established relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in the UAE.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM and ERP software.
