Job Title: Van Sales Executive (FMCG Wholesale)

Role Overview:

TRADELAB is looking for a driven and results-oriented Van Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in FMCG sales, with a strong track record of building and sustaining customer relationships in key New Dubai areas such as Sheikh Zayed Road, Business Bay, Downtown, Barsha, JVC, JLT, Furjan, and Arjan. This field-based role is perfect for individuals who thrive on face-to-face interactions, excel at achieving sales targets, and are passionate about contributing to the company's growth in these strategic regions.

Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets set by the company. ?Build and maintain strong relationships with groceries, supermarkets, and cafeteria owners. ?Introduce TRADELAB's offerings, benefits, and services to retailers. Ensure consistent onboarding of new customers and promote loyalty through repeat orders. ?Identify and qualify new sales leads in the FMCG wholesale sector. ?Prepare and submit daily sales reports and updates to management. ?Provide feedback from the market to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Mandatory sales experience in New Dubai areas (Sheikh Zayed Road, Business Bay, Downtown, Barsha, JVC, JLT, Furjan, and Arjan) ?Minimum 1-2 years of outdoor sales experience in the FMCG sector, especially with groceries and minimarts in Dubai. ?Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (mandatory). ?Multilingual candidates preferred; fluency in English and Malayalam is required. Arabic is a plus. ?Familiarity with e-commerce or app-based sales platforms is a strong advantage. ?Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. ?Grade 12 diploma or equivalent qualification. ?Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ?Dynamic, proactive, and quick learner with a positive attitude.
