to lead and manage export sales activities for our FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) division. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of export processes, a proven track record in FMCG sales, and solid experience working in the UAE market, with an understanding of regional trade regulations and customer networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Export Sales Management:
Develop and execute export sales strategies to increase FMCG product penetration in target international markets.
Manage and nurture relationships with international distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
Handle all export sales processes including order processing, documentation, and shipment coordination.
Client & Channel Development:
Identify and onboard new export clients and distributors.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to maximize sales and profitability.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, export licenses) are accurate and comply with UAE and destination country regulations.
Coordinate with logistics and customs teams for smooth shipment and delivery.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor international FMCG market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Provide reports and insights to senior management for decision-making.
Team Leadership (Manager/Supervisor level):
Lead and mentor export sales team members (for manager/supervisor roles).
Set targets, track performance, and support team development.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 3-7 years of experience in FMCG export sales within the UAE or GCC region.
Strong understanding of export regulations, customs procedures, and international shipping.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Experience using CRM and ERP systems.
