Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced

Horeca Manager/Executive

to drive FMCG sales within the

Hotel, Restaurant, and Cafe (HORECA)

sector across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of the FMCG industry and strong relationships within the UAE hospitality market, ensuring strategic growth and brand penetration in this vital segment.

Key Responsibilities:

HORECA Sales Development:

Develop and implement sales strategies targeting hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering companies. Identify new business opportunities and onboard key accounts within the HORECA sector. Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize sales revenue and market share.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers such as purchasing managers, chefs, and hospitality executives. Provide excellent customer service and support to HORECA clients.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the HORECA segment. Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to tailor FMCG offerings for the hospitality sector.

Sales Execution & Reporting:

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to management.

Collaboration & Coordination:

Work closely with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery. Coordinate promotional activities and product launches tailored to HORECA clients.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum

3-7 years

of experience in FMCG sales within the

HORECA sector

in the

UAE

. Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and FMCG product categories relevant to HORECA (beverages, packaged foods, etc.). Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Existing network and relationships within UAE hotels, restaurants, and cafes. Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus. UAE driving license.
