We are looking for a knowledgeable and client-focused

Wellness Counsellor

to join our aesthetic and wellness clinic in Oman. The ideal candidate will guide clients through customized slimming, wellness, and lifestyle programs while ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction. A strong sales mindset and excellent communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth wellness consultations to assess client goals, lifestyle patterns, and body composition. Recommend personalized wellness and slimming programs based on client needs. Provide detailed explanations of treatment plans, packages, and expected results. Monitor client progress and modify programs as required. Maintain accurate client records, progress notes, and follow-up schedules. Cross-sell and promote wellness, slimming, and aesthetic services. Coordinate with nutritionists, therapists, and clinic staff to ensure smooth service flow. Support clients with guidance, motivation, and continuous engagement. Stay updated on wellness, body contouring, slimming, and lifestyle trends.

Requirements

Minimum

2-3 years of experience

as a Wellness Counsellor, Slimming Consultant, or similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage). Strong sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets. Understanding of slimming therapies, body contouring treatments, and wellness programs. Professional, well-presented, and client-focused. Ability to work in a fast-paced aesthetic and wellness environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Educational background in

nutrition, physiotherapy, fitness, wellness, or related fields
