We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused

Wellness Counsellor

to guide clients on customized wellness, slimming, and lifestyle improvement programs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales ability, and a good understanding of wellness, slimming, and aesthetic treatments.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct wellness consultations with clients to assess lifestyle, body composition, and goals. Recommend personalized slimming, wellness, and aesthetic treatment plans. Provide detailed explanations of programs, packages, and expected outcomes. Monitor client progress and adjust plans when required. Maintain accurate client records and follow-up schedules. Promote wellness programs, slimming packages, and cross-sell clinic services. Coordinate with nutritionists, therapists, and aesthetic practitioners. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through continuous guidance and support. Stay updated on wellness, body contouring, and slimming industry trends.

Requirements

Minimum

2-3 years of experience

as a Wellness Counsellor, Slimming Consultant, or similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage). Sales-driven with proven ability to meet targets. Knowledge of slimming therapies, body contouring treatments, and wellness programs. Professional, customer-centric, and well-presented. Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Background in
