What Does a School Counsellor Do?
The School Counsellor plays a vital role in enhancing students\' emotional well-being by providing both individual and group counselling. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create a safe and supportive environment that promotes mental health, personal growth, and academic success.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Provide one-on-one counselling to students experiencing personal, social, or emotional challenges
- Facilitate group counselling sessions to enhance social skills, peer relationships, and conflict resolution

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counselling, or a related field
Experience:
