Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.
Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and reminders.
Handle general email correspondence and office administrative tasks.
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
Provide support to other departments as needed.
Monitor and manage office supplies inventory.
Assist with basic data entry and filing.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
