About the Role

We are growing fast and need high-performing sales professionals. As a Wedding Sales Consultant you will speak with couples every day, understand their situation, and help them choose the right wedding package. This role is about listening, advising, and closing -- no cold calling, all inbound leads.

What You Will Do

Handle 20+ new inbound leads each day and manage 50+ daily follow-ups Guide clients through available wedding solutions with clarity and confidence Consistently close 30+ weddings or packages per month Maintain full discipline in CRM, ensuring no lead is left behind Collaborate with operations and coordination teams to ensure smooth delivery

We Are Looking For

3 to 5 years of high-volume B2C sales experience in the UAE (hospitality, travel, visa, or lifestyle packages preferred) Proven top 10 percent performer in your sales team or company Excellent communicator with strong persuasion and objection-handling skills Hungry, financially driven, and disciplined with follow-ups Arabic, Tagalog, or Russian speakers preferred
