Role Overview:

The Website Project Coordinator acts as the key liaison between our clients, internal creative team, and developers. This role involves gathering briefs from clients, offering strategic suggestions, coordinating development tasks, performing quality checks, and ensuring timely delivery of polished websites.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for clients regarding website projects. Collect and understand client briefs and business objectives. Translate client requirements into clear, actionable briefs for the developer. Provide creative and strategic input to clients where needed. Manage project timelines, expectations, and communications. Coordinate with the web developer to ensure accurate execution of tasks. Review completed work for accuracy, functionality, and design consistency. Deliver final websites or updates to clients, ensuring satisfaction and clarity. Maintain organized project documentation and communication logs.

Required Skills & Qualities:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Eye for design and understanding of user-friendly web experiences. Ability to translate non-technical client input into clear instructions for developers. Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail. Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines. Familiarity with website platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or others (preferred). Basic understanding of web development concepts (no coding required, but helpful). Customer-first mindset and positive, solution-oriented attitude.

Preferred Experience:

1-3 years of experience in project coordination, account management, or a similar role in a digital or creative agency. Experience working with designers and developers in a collaborative environment.

Salary :

AED 3000 - 3500 (depending on experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
